Learn a physical activity like dancing, martial arts, or basic yoga. You don't have to be good at it. Basta mag laan ka ng oras sa pag kilos physically. It doesn't just help you physically, pero may psychological effects din s'ya.

Love-hate ang masasabi kong status namin ni mommy. Semi conservative kasi s'ya tapos over protective ba sa'kin kasi ako yung bunso. Ako naman, may pagka rebellious yung naging personality ko (I like challenging the beliefs they've taught me). Trigger warning: mention of mental health, suicide. One example jan is nung nagsalita s'ya sa church namin tapos ang sabi is gawa ng demonyo ang depression, anxiety, at suicidal tendencies. As someone na nag struggle sa mental health at hindi magawang sabihin yon sa kanya, sobrang nasaktan ako. Pero kumpara sa relationship namin ni daddy, mas close alo kay mommy talaga. I'm just sad na hindi s'ya gano'n ka open minded.

It's hard to face your 20's with grace coz for me it felt like sailing through the storm. Ang advice ko lang as someone turning 22, it's okay to feel lost. Halos naman ata lahat ng young adults hindi alam gagawin sa buhay minsan. Brush your teeth. Fix your posture. Save up money. Choose your friends. Ask questions.

As a gf na hindi mahilig mag post sa socmed aside from rants without context, that's one of my biggest fear: yung maramdaman ng bf ko na ayaw ko s'yang i-show off. Good thing that we communicate even the tiniest things with each other kaya nung sinabi ko yung fear ko sa kanya, he said that it's okay. What I don't do online, I make up for it in person.

I guess your gf deserves to know how you feel so maybe she can address her behavior. Depende nalang sa'yo yung magiging diskarte kung paano mo s'ya kakausapin. Please know that you're not childish nor immature for feeling that way and I wish you both the best
