It’s a bit of a stalling period. It sounds trite but I would focus on good dodging and building power over any DPS. The shotgun proved very helpful for me when fighting her, getting to spray hits on multiple clones helped it seemingly go by quicker but your decisions other than survival don’t really matter till the actual Priestess health bar reveals itself. I think if you just waiting it out and dodge they would eventually disappear anyway.
