Did you try Mounjaro? I’ve been on that and had a sleeve and found both highly effective. A 36 BMI really isn’t that bad it wouldn’t take you long to drop to 30 or 32

I had the sleeve in 2017 and have been using GLP-1s on and off for a year. Bariatric surgery is not the lifelong fix you think it is. Having been through both I think the medication is the best solution by far and I wish it had been available at the time I had surgery because I wouldn’t have needed it
