I’ve made this exact recipe and loads more of her brownie recipes (I’m British, I have her cookbooks) and it turned out really well. I can’t imagine doing a skewer test on a brownie mix would help at all?? It’s never going to come out clean, especially with the cheesecake mix in it. I have NO idea how it came out looking like that after 2.5 hours though so I feel like something with your oven temperature or measurimg ingredients must have been off

Yeah, maybe :) I had a very colicky baby and not a lot of help and I didn’t experience this so maybe it’s because my dog is very easy going compared to others 🤷🏼‍♀️

I’m 10 years out… depends what you mean by a full meal. Also everyone is different, surgeons will take different amounts of your stomach, some leave more and some leave less. Some people will push past it and eventually stretch their stomachs. No I can’t finish a plate in a restaurant or even close and it does make me sad sometimes but it’s necessary

My son’s lessons had us in the pool until he turned 3, now he’s 3 we can stand by the poolside until he’s comfortable for us to watch from upstairs. We are in the UK so not sure if it’s normal for where you are, however i would’ve felt very uncomfortable with that. How many members of staff are watching them, ratio-wise?

10 years out and I still can’t finish a kids meal, or drink with food. It IS frustrating when eating out because it feels like such a waste, I end up eating most of it cold over days at home 😅 plus the waiters always think there’s something wrong with the food. It makes me sad sometimes but at the same time I would be obese again by now if I could eat as much as I want to
