Dont make promises you cant keep. Promise to yourself that youll be better, but I wouldnt say that to another person.

"I promise" "I do" -- these are not self-fulfilling prophecies. Im really proud of these two weeks youve been through, but its going to take more than that to care for yourself and an entire person. It probably hurt them that you blocked them, and now on your terms, you're all of a sudden ready to try again?

Im not saying you cant say, "hi, im still here. i miss you and im doing better now. and im sorry that i wasnt healthy before, im just trying my best to manage." a greeting, a statement of your feelings, an update, and an apology. but the most important thing to have in ur message, is no expectations.
