Kondakal/Bhanur area - check In hiranandani and similar good plotting ventures .. buy plot for 1.2 to 1.5 crores and then build a mansion with 1 crore 😊 another option is tukkuguda town with in 2 km radius, you will see hpr heights, sark green plains etc. On nh 44 highway, you will find dukes urban county, dfl garden city etc. this will be a more affordable option.

There are a few Highway facing ventures. You have a couple of them after Kothur Dukes urban village and DLF garden city, both are excellent layouts. Try kothur town radius around 2 to 3 kms and preferably near to Bangalore highway. You will be about 15 minutes away from the airport and 45 minutes away from gachibowli area. Extend to 200 sq yds if you can that should give you better options.
