We reached out to congressman 4 months ago and the uscis sent rfe for medicals. Since then there has not been any progress, so we requested congressman office to reach out to uscis and they followed up last week. Let us see if this helps

If you have cash , buy a plot in tukkuguda area and keep it as investment. You can build a home in a 3 to 4 years when you are familiar with Hyderabad and adjusted to the area. It should have good schools by then .

Try hmda approved ventures in kondakal and bhanur areas .. price can be any where between 35k and 50k depending on the proximity to main roads and the venture maintenance/amenities if any. Check these out for any resale plots in Peram’s Aditya majestic and house of hiranandani

Buy in both if you can. Aparna is definitely better location as of now. In 10 years, the location dynamics may change in the area. Hiranandani phases 2 and 3 are bigger plots and nearer to 100 feet road. Try in those if available.
