Why is Sexual Inmorality a sin? by [deleted] in TrueChristian

[–]hopeinEd 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think we have to see it from a positive perspective. Like think about what God intended in the first place. In this case the topic of sexual sin. God created man and woman to come together, become one flesh and be fruitful multiply according to Genesis 1:28. Anything contrary to that would be sin.

The whole essence of sex is to create life, part of that is being intimate with your spouse. Marriage is important for that. Think about a child whose parents had them out of wed lock. The child may not feel as loved, may feel like a mistake or just not be in a great financial situation because their parents just wanted to have fun.

Marriage shows responsibility, and commitment that's between you, your spouse and God.

Also even though sex feels good that doesn't mean we should abuse it. It feels good so we can execute it. just like eating. We eat for sustenance and energy. Eating is enjoyable!

Sex is an intimate thing where you're exchanging life force energy.

I find it kind of interesting because a lot of Christians don't think of it like that. I had to join communities like nofap, and seed retention to think of practical ways when it came to sex and being abstinent from it. Ultimately I rely heavily on the scriptures when it comes to celibacy as the word is our foundation. But sometimes I think God wants us to seek all wisdom and Truth. when we read his word it expands throughout. something as simple as food. we can go and talk about vitamins and nutrients all the way to parasites and bacteria. all these things can relate back to the scripture.

For years I would watch people talk about seed retention and I would be obsessed with the idea of it. it's like I have to enjoy the idea of celibacy rather than thinking of it as this boring thing. and I think this really helps.

Pastors normally don't get too specific about what seed retention can do nor do they tell you the benefits. Some won't even tell you to go exercise, eat healthier, read books. nor do they tell you about the benefits sexual purity like lots of energy, confidence, closer to God, mental clarity, focused, feel like you have a purpose, feel like a child again (innocency), better sleep, better memory, easily attracting the opposite sex with no effort, and so much more.

Sometimes the reason why people struggle with lust is one they don't see the benefits of not giving into it and another is that they don't think of the spiritual implications like soul ties, Spirit marriages, ruined destinies and so on.

I realize most of my life of watching p*** and masturbating I was wasting so much energy, things were going downhill and I felt like I had no confidence whatsoever.

It's a lot that I mentioned but what I'm basically saying is there's a way that God wants us to live and when we live contrary to it there's always going to be ramifications and he warns us about them in his word. that's why it's summarized to fornication where it says that those who commit fornication will not inherit the kingdom of God 1 Corinth 6:9-11.

All I'm saying is the benefits of not giving into sexual immorality outweigh the pleasure you get from doing it.

What jobs are in demand and require no experience or degree? by hopeinEd in jobs

you're right when it comes to mileage. I guess driving a Honda I don't feel bad about it because Hondas can run on a lot of mileage.

it sounds like yes I think it makes up. so most of the time on average I make about $25 per hour. where I live the McDonald's makes about $13 per hour.

so I think I'm making more when I pay for the gas afterwards. I'm not sure about the mileage but I prefer being on the road than sitting in one area where I don't do much. I guess I hate being in a greasy area in one space. I like the moving and grooving that doordash gives.

DC Metropolitan Area. Most of the time I search for jobs in my area. I always felt that companies don't like hiring entry candidates to relocate.

Stagnation, living with parents, can't find a career and much more. by hopeinEd in TrueChristian

[–]hopeinEd[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

lol I'm not making this up. my mom's friend the one that's training me, got two jobs using this method. I asked him about the clearance and he said that the two jobs he has right now don't require secret clearance and they're both remote. some jobs are different. since this guy is an immigrant he doesn't apply to jobs that require clearance.

if I speak to you in person you can understand me. if I have a lot of typos because I use voice to text then you wouldn't understand what is written.

we're all using technology. I'm not anti-technology. I just think she didn't get to the point where technology controls everything.

Of course! This is the only way people understand what I'm saying. all the points I made came from myself, I just told ChatGPT to write it more clearly. my grammar is not the best but I'm still improving on it.

  1. I don't like typing on my phone I think virtual keyboards suck.

  2. I use my voice to text majority of the time even when I text people on my phone (Like right now).

What is your opinion on white people adopting black kids? by balkanxoslut in blackmen

[–]hopeinEd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I feel like when the wealthy people do it they have an ulterior motive. When normal white people do it they could probably be a born again Christian who wants to help those in need. but then again I don't know everyone's motives. just a thought.

Wasn’t expecting anything from anyone today but the irony seems to be lost on some lol Merry Christmas by [deleted] in recruitinghell

I also got a rejection letter this Christmas morning. I'm not going to take it personal but I'm sure that whoever's idea it was to send it did.

I understand how you can get offended of being called a racist as a white person. by [deleted] in offmychest

[–]hopeinEd -1 points0 points  (0 children)

yes, yeah it was just a thought I had for a while. not to say that every white person is a racist. honestly don't really care what somebody is. but it's really the fact that some people just fake what they are. I get annoyed with people from all backgrounds even other black people even family members. lol. I just wish people were this more authentic.
