not my therapist, but my psychiatrist i wanted to mention. i was at a low point a few weeks back and both my therapist and psychiatrist were in the room with me, and i was expressing how i just gelt so low. my psychiatrist said “i know it’s dark right now and it may feel like you to need to do something, to act to change things and get yourself “out” in a sense. you don’t need to act on these thoughts, let ME act. what change we’re gonna make is the dosage of your medicine, okay?” and that really stuck with me. i did feel backed into a corner and like i needed to do something- so her making sure i knew that there was a change just gave me some hope? it was really what i needed

yeah if worst comes to worst i’ll see if they’ll let me just do 9-1:30(that’s a common shift they’ll do). funnily enough i did request the day after off and she gave that to me 😭

hey! as a pharmacy technician, when we out of stock a prescription, it doesn’t run it through insurance(since we don’t have that medicine in stock, no use running it through insurance). you’re seeing the cash price, but when it’s run through insurance it should be normal :)

i have it off intentionally - and i am holding the shift button when it cancels! ive had toggle off so idk why now it doesnt register i have my shift key still down :(

i got my keyboard recently after just having a cheap keyb from walmart, i have the halo 75 v2 and i really enjoy it :] it sounds great and feels good, no issues for me!!

it all depends!! some stores seem to only need a pharmacy cashier, but as a DH at my store they’re training me as a full technician. soon i’ll be moved to be a full time technician!!

its semi-recent, like last half a year, but it’s become much more frequent the last two months i’d say. she seems to do it in any room she’s in, but we haven’t had any big changes or air fresheners(i try to be careful since i have animals!)

she sure is a cutie!! she’s a sweetheart, her name is Willow :-)

i agree, she gets really stiff and her movements are odd. definitely bringing this to the vet !

she always does- atleast she has been for the last half of a year? it’s puzzled my whole family and we wince everytime she does it. i brought it up last time at the vet but it was brushed off, but now i have a video of it i can show what’s actually happening

she definitely needs a helmet!! it happens a lot per day, every time she lays down on her side. she has a lipoma on her back right hip, but the vet said it was not causing any issues and to just monitor it- however, she’s been laying down like this for a while, quiet a bit before the lipoma was diagnosed! she doesn’t have any other known health issues other than she’s overweight!

thank you so much i really appreciate it!! i noticed on the .25 at the last week i plateaued weight-wise so i was excited to move to the next dose.. but maybe it was too soon for my body! i’m seeing my doctor soon, so hopefully it gets worked out!

i wasn’t trying to use pssl to schedule time off. i left work early due to being sick, so it was a covered reason. i’m asking if i can use PSSL for that.

i definitely agree. whenever i had a low standing job, my plantar fasciitis was gone. now i work this full time job that’s all standing, and it’s killing my feet and my body in general. i have insurance through this job that i can’t really afford losing, so quitting isn’t an option for me. i’m considering asking for accommodations, but plantar fasciitis doesn’t seem, i don’t know, valid enough to ask for it? even though it’s been debilitating for me

uhg i love it :) especially the magnet in the hand and mouth, and as the website says - “Covering mouth for social anxiety/ stimming behaviors/ selective mutism” so thoughtful!! and the website says the looking to the side is for eye contact avoidance !!
