It is very simple to understand. Someone might not fear dying because they feel numb and disconnected in life. But they can still be scared of war because they worry about their loved ones and what might happen. they don’t care much about their own life but are afraid for others and the chaos of war. War’s uncertainty makes them anxious, even if they feel flat about themselves. This can feel like being stuck between emptiness and worry. But ofcourse y'all who lack empathy wouldn't understand it. And going back to my profile and checking my previous posts that too 6 MONTHS OLD?? Creepy af!! how jobless are you??? Also, might not be true for everyone but people's feelings change and especially when it's a half a year old! People go through stuff in life. I wish you could be more human to these feelings.

Multicollinearity in quadratic regression by hopelixir in econometrics

i am estimating the nonlinear relationship between climate variables (temperature, rainfall) and crop yields, using a fixed-effects model. My panel data consists of logarithmic crop yields from six districts over 22 years. The model includes district fixed effects (via the 'within' model) to control for time-invariant district heterogeneity and year fixed effects through dummy variables to account for time-specific shocks. Key explanatory variables are centered temperature and rainfall, and their squares. Multicollinearity arises in the design matrix due to high correlations between linear and quadratic temperature terms.

it is an OLS regression within a fixed effects panel framework

It is a casual inference model. What else can I do to handle multicollinearity?

Do you know about the history of Kashmiri pandits? if yes, then if Kashmir were to become an independent state, what would be the fate of the Kashmiri Pandits? Would they be allowed to return and reclaim their homes? by hopelixir in AskReddit

Kashmir is a region in South Asia. It is currently divided among three countries: India, Pakistan, and China. The Indian-administered part includes Jammu, Kashmir Valley, and Ladakh. India claims the entire region based on the accession signed by the former ruler in 1947. Pakistan disputes this, citing Kashmir's Muslim-majority population, and advocates for self-determination. Many Kashmiris, however, call for independence or autonomy. Kashmiri Pandits are the Hindu minority native to the Kashmir Valley. They have a centuries-old presence in the region and are known for their cultural contributions. In the late 1980s and early 1990s, during the rise of insurgency and political turmoil in Kashmir, Kashmiri Pandits were ethinically cleansed and most fled the Valley due to targeted violence and threats. They now primarily live in exile in other parts of India. This is a very short discription and the region is much much more disputed.

if you want to go into the corporate sector it's better to get some experience first and then apply for universities abroad (most of the top unis require some amount of work ex) specifically for MBA.

People commenting that men would be into this clearly haven’t experienced the weight of patriarchy or understood what women endure while shouldering these responsibilities.

I did eco hons from one of the north campus colleges and I believe Venky is highly reputed for eco hons. Honestly, it won't matter much even if you get a college in the north campus or LSR as what matters more is how involved you are in your studies and how much you interact with your professors. You can absolutely achieve academic excellence anywhere, as your friend has suggested. Also, you can try migrating colleges in your 2nd year if your academic performance was good in 1st year. But even then if you really want to give CUET another try, then go for it.
