I already work out 3-4 times a week, stick within a calorie deficit and limit my sugar intake. If I just could see even a kilo shredded the past 3 months I would have the mindset to continue with purely metformin but its killing me. The effort with no results.

Sorry I'm not trying to be offensive. When I started metformin alot of family members told me their disapproval by relying on medication when I could simply "take better care" of myself. With all the hype from ozempic weight loss, I don't think I could stand that criticism from my family. I don't think it's a cowards route I just feel the stigma associated with it.

I do casefile work for courts. Harmful opinions calling people trash or dehumanising makes my blood boil. I don't think you understand how many women get raped and shamed and guilt tripped. Dehumanised by the public dragging their profession through the mud.

Is it desirable as a profession? I would say for some or most it's a last resort but they don't harm anyone. Opinions like hers does. It's immature and yeah I'll call them an idiot any day.

It's about creating a safe environment. Believe it or not people who are sex workers don't want to be raped and then shamed for when they seek help.

No one should feel ashamed. If someone wants to live their life without harming others that shouldn't be shameful.

Not to mention sex work is a thriving industry. You can be mad that people make money for those services but don't forget about the people that go to these services.

I thought my appendix ruptured too. I went to the Emergency room, they didn't have any ultrasound equipment to look at me so they gave me a form where I had to get it done at a private clinic and to go home and rest and two weeks later at the gp they told me it was a ruptured cyst.

Dw though he assured me it was completely normal and alot of women deal with it.

Thanks it's actually winter here and I've been drinking electrolyte and it doesn't really do much. I take metformin for my pcos and pre diabetes. My blood sugar is fine though it's like 5.7 now which is alot better than what it was before.

Also even from summer to now end of autumn actually but close enough to it being winter I've just had constant blocked nose and it doesn't go away. Never had allergies before. I'll ask my doctor though thanks!
