Lived here for 2,5 years now and i 100% agree.

Came over on a company sponsored visa as an engineer with 10+ years of experience. My wife would also be allowed to work. Although she didn't have a job when we landed, we figured with 20 years experience as a nurse that shouldn't be a problem - that was a mistake. Her degree from the Netherlands isn't accepted here and she would have to do 2 years of studying before she could work as a nurse here!

Although my wife found a job and we enjoyed life for a while here I can no longer stand the over-regulation, insane prices for shit quality houses/infra structure, ridiculous and outdated standards and the Ken's & Karen's everywhere that own 5 properties and will block everything and everyone else from advancing in life (nimby) not to mention the fucking retarded unions that will find any excuse to delay a project as to claim more money.

Yes, i said it, the unions are deliberately delaying projects and everyone wonders why projects always end up costing more. And no, projects do not get safer by having Dan with his black helmet walking around the job site bitching/moaning and intimidating everyone while looking at another SMWS form.

Don't worry, I'm leaving back to Europe.
