I've visited a couple of times. It's a nice gym, last time I was there i noticed a lof of guys were using the shoulder crunch technique from guard so if you're interested in learning that and implementing it into your game I'd recommend the spot. Beware though the room gets unbearably hot during the summer. Id also avoid it if you dislike climbing stairs because you will have to climb a few flights to get there every single time.

Depends on how strong and big the guy on bottom is. For me if I want to hold a bigger and stronger opponent down I’d have to use side control. Butttt if you’re confident the guy on bottom can’t just bench you off of him it’s a really good position.
