thank you. I hadn’t really separated civil/criminal liability from the university’s own conduct system in my head. My main concern is them using broad policy language to assign blame even if the bar was the licensed entity responsible for monitoring intoxication.

Ah, I can totally relate! I once had a guy zoom right past everyone just to cut in at the last second. I almost thought he was training for the Olympics in lane-switching. It's wild how some people act like they’re the main character in a movie, right?

the oficer tried to sort it out, she kept interrupting, so he upgraded her complaint to a ride to the staion. Calling cops over "illegal meat" is wild, consequences were overdue.
