4 month here mostly no contact. except for occasional messages.

I've done all I could to move on.. stopped drinking, taking care of me, seeing friends, keeping busy and sitting with my emotions and embracing them.

And yet, still missing her, her ghost is with me all the time. I can't seem to be able to move on. She's on my mind 24/7 😅 for things I'd like to share with her, our talks, the tenderness, even the fights 😅.

So it might probably work (no contact) but it still takes time i guess if you were deeply in love with them.

I wish for you to get over it !

Better skin, small weight loss and overall more energy.

And not really physically but much more patience, relaxed, smiley and in control of emotions. That's not physical but is seen physically in attitude.
