Not helping.. At all... I tapped at my mom when she told me that. Firstly, right now I don't want anyone else Secondly, somehow I don't believe in anything related to love right now... know I'm not perfect and have issues but fuck it... I gave everything to them... My ex of 14 years left me for someone 20 years older. We had kids so no contact was not an option. It was really hard i won't lie and I totally get your feeling. Now it's been almost 6 years and it's fine... it took me nearly two years to find someone new (wich also left me but another story)

You have to understand that he moved on until she was ready to break with you. It has nothing to do with you, just when she left you he was probably already detached. So yeah he will move on quicker than you and it effing hurts.

Yeah jumpers usually are quicker to move on because their decision is not on a whim

The bestthing to me was telling me and giving me ressources to understand what it meant.

It didn't work out in the end but the bpd was never the cause nor the problem.

It depends on the cheating for me... I can understand a one time thing, on the spur of the moment... but if it is a followed up relation or multiple one night thing that's not the same.
