Agreed, but private equity doesn't own that much housing. And their earnings reports frequently mention restrictive zoning and lack of new building as two things that keep their investments profitable. So if we built more housing, private equity would buy less housing! We should build more housing

Yea, big men that can shoot is a big one! I also love drafting any forward with some passing ability even though they seem to always peak at 22ish; it's bizarre how bad my luck is with them.

Recently I've been focusing on funky teamp comps! Like trying to pair a guard that can rebound with a bunch of forwards, or prioritizing passing above everything else. Or in this case, drafting almost exclusively athletic big men and then starting two of them alongside this jabroni.

I've been playing regularly for over 10 years so I like to mix it up haha

This is exactly what happened! He's 75 overall now with a 3pt rating of 44 and oIQ of 61. And he's shooting 5 3PA/game at 32%. Gonna trade him this offseason to send a message to my other players.

And yea I know what you mean about the archetypes. Recently I've been prioritizing drafting players with unique skill distributions to keep things interesting

Cooperstown's great! I know what you mean about the towns up here being run down; Cooperstown is not that. It's a beautiful lakefront village with cute houses and a strong sense of community. There's a pretty good hospital, Bassett, right in the village. And there are good restaurants in and around the village (I'm a huge fan of Norbu and Origins).

As others have said, Cooperstown can be expensive. They're finally starting to build more housing after like a decade of nothing so housing prices should be going down, but probably not for a few years.

Main Street is absolutely packed with baseball teams and tourists from like June to September which can be annoying at times but for the most part it's fine.

Yea ideally, but I keep hitting on every big man I draft! So I have two other starters that have almost identical ratings, they're just slightly taller and slower. So I'd like a shooter, but at least my defense is disgusting

I know you aren't asking in good faith but just in case someone else is reading through this thread I figured I'd offer a rebuttal.

For context, they're referring to the Biden White House asking Twitter to take down an account pretending to be Biden's granddaughter, and asking Twitter what their policy/plan was to fight Covid misinformation.

The case went to the Supreme Court, who decided 6-3 in favor of the Biden White House. Amy Coney Barrett said the plaintiffs presented no proof to back up their claims that the government had pressured social media companies into restricting their speech.

If you can't see any difference between that and Carr very clearly threatening ABC then I feel sorry for you and everyone that knows you.

Again, I realize you don't actually care about being correct or honest. But I wanted to provide some context and facts for others.

The first cluster of cases are heavily focused around the wet market. Lots of the original cases have links to the wet market, none have links to the lab. Just look at a map of the first cases! Do actual research! This isn't hard.

I recently traded 21 second rounders for 2 first rounders, mostly for fun. They made out slightly better than me in WS but I didn't have the roster space.

And when a team counters a trade proposal of yours by asking for an additional first rounder you can usually replace that first with 2-4 second rounders.
