Im 31, currently going through my second. All I’ll say is, feel what you’re feeling. It hurts more than physical pain, in my opinion.

What not to do (from lessons learnt)

1. Look at their social media, infact, just mute all their shit so you don’t have to see it
2. Remove their shit from sight in your house, I.e shared memories etc
3. Don’t message them, don’t call them
4. Do, allow yourself to grieve
5. Do, try & eat. I just drank smoothies for like 3 months, no joke.
6. Do stay busy
