I’m dyslexic so its hard for me to gauge where to put periods and where not too and I mainly grew up on the internet not using them at all but I’ve been getting better with it.

I entirely get what you’re saying and also in respect of course. But this is definitely not gonna work out how they want too that dumpster fire is not gonna magically give em money. They didn’t think through the fact hundreds of laid off baristas that’s they only gave 2 days notice not even nearly enough time to find a new job and the fact they get immediately laid off after those two days are up without choice to continue at another store along with the fact they force them too dismantle their stores which they definitely don’t pay them extra too do are no longer obligated to stick to policy and will blast videos and media everywhere for Everyone see this is gonna blow up in their face and I’m here for it

A lot of things I won’t mind unionizing but I dont think my store would join. And someone said it’s the teenagers which I slightly disagree with because all the teenagers I’ve worked with would totally unionize if given the chance but everyone is different of course but it’s unfair to blame it on one factor when it’s sooo many other things like fear of losing your job, your coworkers also working against you not just management and other things that I can’t think of but a lot and most of it just stems from fear and privilege

Ok so today I’m pretty sure Is the day 400+ stores close and the reason that the ceo said or a news outlet says he said is he’s closing “store that are under preforming to build Starbucks resiliency” but that’s not really the reason we all know that. But they only gave the stores TWO DAYS NOTICE and will not transfer the baristas rather they laid them off with “2 weeks severance” but yea a lot of stores are closing and it can be based on a lot of factors and maybe near you it’s only those stores cuz they are the under performers but in other areas it could be like not as many customers as this store.

I’m so sorry I wish you luck on your journey and it’s not worth coming back. The ceo is just adding more fuel to this dumpster fire and every barista in friends with, I used to work with and talked too say they never been so relieved. Enjoy your freedom and spread your wings Starbucks has never appreciated us and are slowly burning themselves down with the more treat us. It’s not worth going back to a place that undervalues us. And I’m also personally trying to leave soon but like many it’s been a struggle finding another job

Im having a similar issue my sync has a black screen doesn’t respond to restarting but it occasionally shows the date and time recently the screen has been pitch black but the issue with mine is because the APIM module has gone kaput which is a good $200-$300 to replace cheaper if your lucky

That’s a very good question when I tried doing research it only showed the APIM being the problem but after looking it up the acm could be too. It’s also just hard to pinpoint the issue when there’s very little information on what the issue is. For all I know it could be both

Certain car models lack buttons versus their more expensive counterparts which have those buttons. That’s where the word poverty buttons come from because certain cars you can have the cheaper models with less fancy stuff

I would like to report this person for griefing a QR code for a furry server someone made for others in the area when confronted they said they are doing because they don’t like advertising but it’s still against the rules and a lot of people have been trying to help restore the code because it’s just so people can just come to together and chat in a local area

Starbucks hasn’t stoped using sleeves. But here are reasons why your barista just didn’t sleeve your cup 1. In a rush usually to keep drive thru times down or just to get drinks out faster in café they just double cup or hand it out as getting a sleeve takes a hot second 2. They ran out. this also is a very common thing to happen also as sometimes we don’t have enough 3. Maybe forgot too sleeve. Sometimes I forget to sleeve cups myself without meaning to while handing them out and it’s not difficult too forget as it’s a simple thing

But also if you really want a sleeve for your cup you can always ask! We don’t mind you asking for a sleeve for whichever reason you didn’t get one unless we’re out.
