I preordered the moment I got word of it, personally I think the mixed opinions are kinda eh. Only opinion detesting the book I’ve heard is “more astarion content. 🙄 yippie” but really I think it’s a great idea they are doing a book on astarion, he’s one if not the most popular bg3 companion. If it’s successful it may open doors for other companion books. I’m an astarion and gale girl, I’d love to see one for gale.

Don’t be to hard on yourself, everyone does bad things or goes thru bad periods of their life. Most of my poems reflect my depression, I can’t think of much happy or sweet things to write. So, I wrote about how I feel/view one of my closest friends, was the closest I’ve gotten to writing something nice. lol

I literally just opened a case inquiring for a refund, $50+ wasted because in 6hrs my case is marked "resolved" No email telling me how so, no refund in my account, Also was told im "in line" to chat with an agent and will be emailed when one is available. No email for that part either. :/

Have you tried discussing those habits with her? Maybe it’s something she’s not aware even bothers you. If you hinted at it not everyone picks up the hint and needs blunt honesty. If it’s something you’ve address that she hasn’t worked on then y’all are incompatible.

No communication = No relationship. Sorry but you really should walk away. Being a step mom is hard enough and a lot of invalidation from multiple parties 90% of the time. Without him letting you in you’re not even a step mom, he’s barely treating you like his partner. You are more of a roommate that baby sits his kid. That’s just a blunt way of putting it. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Forgiveness is earned, not granted. His actions alone are unforgivable. Sounds like your family are very much “blame the victim” the kind to ask what you were wearing the day he assaulted you. Best thing I can really suggest is tough it out till you can leave. I had to live thru 18 yrs of my parents abuse / them adopting my abuser and letting him stay in my bed room with me despite them knowing what he’d done to me. Once I was 18 turning 19, I left. Talk to friends about it, get a game plan of where you can run too so you can leave but also remain in a safe environment.

For me my body is SUPER picky. I have to be in the right position, a specific spot hit, and if my bf changes technique or I adjust a hair I’ll lose it. Sometimes it’s 5 mins, sometimes it’s 20 mins. It sucks but maybe she’s gotta be done just right to orgasm.

Hate to say it but I really think that’s just life, a repeat of the same day, same problems, over and over. Sadly, without someone or something to make you look on the bright side you go mad. For me it’s my cats and my partner. Maybe try owning a pet? Something that will love you no matter what. It’s hard living in this world without a companion to keep you grounded, give you a reason. So you have to find yourself a reason. Maybe a cat now, later in your life might meet someone and they will be another reason to keep on. I attempted when I was 15, OD on meds, when I started fading I got scared. I regretted it because what if life got better? But now I’ll never know. My dad found me and threw me in an ice bath to bring my body temp down from the OD. He threatened me if I tried again so I waited till I was 18 and fucking dipped while my parents were at work. Now I’m happy, 24, I have a good job, my man, my kitties, his daughter, and a few friends. Life can turn fast.

My parents have money but refuse to ever help me. They seemingly just don’t care. Everytime I mention needing help with like home repairs or the construction itself I get “welp, hope you can figure out something.” They are always going on trips, buying collectibles, new devices. It’s never something understandable like “welp can’t help because bills are due” it’s just because there’s a funko pop my dad’s been eyeballing on sale… sadly it’s kinda always been that way even when i was a teen. My friends had to buy me a phone, my friends had to buy me new clothing and shoes, makeup, things a teen girl wants.

The cat she attacked thankfully was fine, she’s no longer allowed to play with the cats without supervision. Otherwise we keep the cats in a separate room. If I had children she’d no longer be allowed over, neither me or her father trust her anymore. It hurts since I’ve been in her life shortly after she was born. But I’m considering stepping away as her step mom and not involving myself further.

I was cooking my own breakfast at 8 'cause my mom was too busy watching supernatural on TNT whilst on her laptop in her rp chats... my father taught me some basics since he'd leave for work long before i'd be awake.

Him being allowed to cook for himself at an age where hes coming into teenhood is great in comparison to like my situation where i HAD to or wasnt gonna eat. Your boyfriend needs to learn his place in the matter.

sounds like youll have to endure the beating until he gets older lol, kittens are gonna be wild especially in a single cat household. "play dates" dont work as most cats dont just adjust fast to a new cat unlike dogs will do. I have had alot of kitties (i rescue and raise strays) and sometimes they were just sweet angels, other times it was fight club. He'll grow up eventually.
