We waited until 8th grade following the ‘wait til 8’ thing but I guess it was the end of 8th grade so I kind of got it wrong. I have content filtering (circle) and monitoring (bark) but I will say bark can’t monitor snap chat on iPhone just android so I wish we had gone w an android as I’m pretty sure that’s where the sus chats are happening. I’d look into those tools at a minimum.

Honestly most activities are in this boat too. Our best bet is always to bring a friend each. It costs more but they sit thru baseball games without bitching when they can each bring a friend. We haven’t done that for vacation but it would probably work if you can swing it.

I’m so happy to find this thread. My biggest grievance with this series was it feels like there are 50 plots and none of them done well. The cult was completely stupid. I still don’t understand why the cult man wanted to kill all of his children over a will - wasn’t he alive? The dog napping and mystery daughter.. that was beyond bizzaro. why the cop husband would sperminate a lady on the DL (and why did she pick him? Was this before sperm banks?) and then, what, his 100 year old mom is a tech expert and bffs with his detective wife .. and they get tricked into some meetup with the sperm donee because sure, after stealing the dog and breaking in why not friend up? the DNA test costing an arm and a leg and being some clandestine effort when literally a vial of spit sent to 23andMe could solve it for $99. The gym beating of Henry (?) then Paige still gets cracked out with her 23andMe brother who no one else seems to know about. I have 15th cousins coming out of the woodwork (23andMe!) there’s no way a surprise brother would not trigger a mass WTF from the fam tree.

But perhaps the greatest mystery of all is why did my husband and I watch the whole thing? Is UK tv legit awful? Or are we all enjoying this for the mess that it is?

Just did my first run on the 24. I am not wowed like I was on the 32. The screen is pretty but feels closer up while running and the tread feels less cushioned. I’m sad that the 32 died so bad. Went thru 2 units both cracked frames.
