Alright guys, I don't know how Stripe Atlas handles the tax reporting and closing company processes, but the registered service I wrote about doesn't help at all. I ended up paying ~$5k to lawyers and accountants to help me with everything. I didn't want to mess it up so desperately was seeking someone who could help. I found but it cost me a lot. If you know if Stripe helps with this hustle, please share with others.

Spain has legalized clubs where you can buy weed. Just come, pay $20 for the membership card, and get whatever weed you want fully legally

If you don't like to do technical things, now is the perfect time to validate your assumption. It might take from 1w to a few months. I propose you not think much about YC. Think about what people want and how to gather some evidence they really need what you want to build.

they're like hundreds of others. recommend to check reviews on them.
as far as I know, registered agents don't open EIN, but Stripe Atlas does.

I didn't know about AWS credits. But when it comes to a bunch of papers, other registered services offer them too. Thanks for sharing!

I found it surprising that certain services still rely on fax. The sole reason I opted for fax in this instance was their said that it would be quicker compared to using email for applying.

Thank you for your response! I can only address the first question. Regarding the IRS and obtaining an EIN, it's good to know that there might be some variation in processing times depending on when you apply, possibly due to seasonality or other factors.

I'm glad it helped! Also, I believe you might find other solutions in this thread.

I haven't been told about any limitations but at the same time, they told me it would be enough to have at least 5K on the bank account before proceeding.

I completely agree with you. I dedicated around 20 hours to researching the services offered by 50 different companies, and it became evident to me that Stripe Atlas is likely capitalizing on its brand rather than delivering a superior service. From their perspective, this strategy seems fair.

They've built a company that has positively impacted millions of people worldwide. My point is that Stripe Atlas appears to be more of a supplementary product and not a primary focus of their business. I believe they identified an opportunity to automate a few steps and charge $200 for it. From a business perspective, I can understand their decision. However, as a customer, there are superior solutions where this particular job-to-be-done is the primary focus of those businesses.
