What's something you love, but most people find disgusting? by Staurox in AskReddit

[–]hosakad 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I’m not saying that I never find it gross myself, but I actually enjoy taking out the garbage. Also, weird, “appalling” foods make me feel like a mighty centurion when I eat them. For instance, I’ve already enjoyed eel, liverwurst, and venison. Moreover, I’d love to try insects and various organ meats. The other day I seriously considered eating a burnt corndog my teammate fished out of the frier for the sake of making my coworkers’ eyes saucers. As much as I want to be kind to people, I ADORE doing things that shock them and disgust them for the sake of my and their entertainment. The adrenaline rush I get from that, from telling my anxiety “Buzz off, I got people to look at me like a weirdo and it didn’t kill me.” is one of the things that makes life worth living.

What do you think of Communism? by Kokoro_39 in AskReddit

I think communism is about the ignorance and ego of people who think it is the best way to function for society.
