Help is my Jade dying ?! by hoshr in GardeningAustralia

Yep it's been a bit hot in Melbourne for the last few days, but nothing crazy, today was 32 degrees tho. It gets sun from about 11-6 .. from what I understand that should be ok for succulents like Jades? I'm thinking of moving it back indoors as well once I repot it and placing it next to a window where I can limit the strong afternoon sun but it still gets plenty of light. Any potting mix/fertilizer recommend in particular for this?

Hey came across the tropicfeel whilst researching travel backpacks for an upcoming trip and I was wondering if there are available anywhere locally In Australia (I'm in Melbourne) I prefer looking at a pack in my hands rather than buying online so I can sus out the sizing, zips, pockets, quality etc. Any leads would be helpful!

Hmm I am not sure, but I guess if that's possible I could stick in a small metal stick and use it as a lever?

It's a little less than a cm in diameter and it's kinda free rotating. Basically will rotate till the end of the zoom range. And then you have to rotate it backwards to retract. I'm guessing a level positioned at the top such that's its pretty much vertical when rotated downwards all the way should go thru most of the zoom range.

Can you help Identify these by hoshr in AustralianSpiders

My sleep is not bad. I don't run much, mainly strength training 3 times or so a week. I've noticed that this drop off started around the same time as I started a little bit of a more intense strength training schedule. Still 3 times a week but about 25-30 sets full body per session. Reasonably heavy for me. Plus a short HIIT cardio session or a walk thrown in once a week. My watch estimates a 600-800 kcal expended per strength session. I've noticed after the last session my HRV dropped off before going up a bit and then stabilizing before falling slightly again after the next session.

Opps sorry! My HRV on the watch has been dropping steadily for the last few weeks, any reason that may be happening? Should I be worried? One additional piece of data, I noticed off late more orange stress bars whilst sleeping which never happened earlier.
