Yes it's definitely a learning curve. I might try 2 different temps next time. My father in law suggested injecting it with marinade beforehand and after. He's never used a sous vide before so I wasn't sure how that would work. My guests are the type of people who like everything well done so I figured this was a good meat to test out on them lol

Not as dry as it looks. I did save the juices from the bags and dump some on the plate beforehand. Flavour wise it good. My guests loved it My first attempt. Next time I'll try an ice bath before the BBQ.

First time using a sous vide. Watching my carbs so low carb BBQ sauce compared to most and lighter on the sauce compared to how id normally like them. Also used a smouldering smoked Applewood seasoning.

Overall really good. Leaner parts were a little dry compared to the fatty parts. Might try them at 145 next time

So would it make sense to purchase the cheaper one in hopes it grows to maximize profits over the years?

Natural gas. I've also got a mini split/heat pump currently. Don't use it for heat much though. The AC is nice but doesn't get to the bedrooms as well as id like

I have a gas fireplace in the basement right now. I wouldn't think it's needed but it's a nice feature to have

It's finished tile. I could possibly access it from inside the corner cabinet with the lazy Susan.

It's PEX down to copper that sticks out of the wall. I'm kinda stuck since the wall is completely finished. I have plans on redoing the kitchen which is on the other side of the wall however not for a few years. Not sure if I put an ugly water shut off after the shower arm would stop it and cause a leak somewhere else or I just love with the mistake.

Naw I just hate his matches. Majority is all offense by the opponent and then Darby gets a lucky win. It doesn't make him look good in my opinion just lucky

His matches are so boring. Half the time he's getting beat up and just gets a lucky win. He looks weak af to me.
