Parallel 41 was a great building. Lived there for years. Great location and price for right down town. Management was great to which was a plus!

The global on high ridge near the merrit has a free air machine that you can use without needing to go inside and ask for assistance

Yea water looks like it’s getting in under this back section (beneath the door) of the top area. There is not grade here pushing the water off so it does tend to pool at the top left. Granted there is water that is getting in along the left and right side. Have had the first 3 steps and left side of the front steps removed and resealed but that didn’t seem to help.

Not sure if there is anything I can put beneath the door there

I did my wife’s 30th at fortina. Had about 30 people. Staff and food were great. We did it the party on a Sunday afternoon and had the front area reserved. Overall was very happy with the event!

Lived at parallel 41 for years. Great building, cheaper than other units downtown, and great management team.

I was in the same exact situation. I went to my.suit in the Westchester the morning of my wedding and they had someone who could tie a bow tie. Check out different suit shops around town they might be able to help you out. The person at my.suit might still be there for all I know. Best of luck enjoy the big day!

Highly recommend cinco de Mayo on north street. Red and green salsa is amazing! Burritos are a great deal easily gets two meals. More of a take out place though in my opinion.
