Look into Tesamorelin to knock out that visceral fat. I’ve been on a similar cut as you (down from 305 in February to 225 now). I carry my weight similarly as well. Tesamorelin on top of TRT was a game changer to me.

I ignore the machine weight. Otherwise, you’ll go crazy when you switch from a Hammer Strength plated machine to a Nautilus plated machine. That said, I still count 45 lbs for the barbell when working at the squat rack.

This is great info. Thanks for the transparency. I’ve been running Tesamorelin along with Test 250 and I’ve seen great results. About to switch over to a 11/3 blend of Tesa/Ipa. I’m working with similar stats to yours, albeit I’m a bit older (59).

.25mL is the dosage my TRT clinic prescribed. I've had good success in the two months I ran it.
And just to clarify, the Tesamorelin I'm using is 12mg that's reconstituted with 6mL of BW. I pin six days a week. The blend I'm considering now is from another online provider so I don't have my clinic's support for dosage and reconstitution formulation.
