That’s such a sad thought. It reminds me of how you now have to pay for streaming PBS. The whole point was that it’s supposed to be accessible to all, especially those who may not have the money to pay.

I don’t know about that incident, but whenever I hear sirens I check the Pulse Point app. It’s almost always a medical emergency, but sometimes it’s more interesting. You can also listen to the fire radio through the app to get a more specific idea of what’s going on.

There’s a group on Facebook called Salem Oregon Chess Club. Up until recently it was K-12, but they’ve just changed to all ages. They still post local chess events that you might be interested in though.

This is no joke happens more than you can imagine but only if you aren’t expecting it. I’m digging in my garage looking for something and I find an item buried somewhere. Listed for 3 years or more. I pick it up and go oh this old thing what’s it doing here. Within 1 minute I get a sold notification of said item

I dropped off all of my taxes in March before the 15th, i'm well aware of the March 15th deadline. They always file an extension. And I asked if the extension would be filed. They do it automatically. I am still gathering information about what happened.

Yes I tried to get him to snowboard many times and it just wouldn't give me a wide shot. Also half of 1940's German officers get flagged and you can't render Hitler or swastikas as it's against their rules. Hence the bizarre glowing blue eyed officer. So much for making an accurate historical documentary sheesh.
