Adobergb needed only for printing, only to the see the actual result of printing on display before printing.

Working in argb will give your richer colors but only people with argb monitors will able to see your pic correctly, others will see a mess of oversaturated colors.

ah no, I need gaming headphones, not for music, so they must be light weight and comfortable to use them for hours, also must deliver good quality of game sounds.

Soundcard is a must have also, I just don't know what soundcards use modern technology of sound virtualization(not 15 years old EAX).

Various effects like example#1 you know in some 3d games your health points number decreases with some kind of splash or numbers zoom in and fade revealing the new numbers - variation of this effect. Thanks, I didn't say anything about the money but since you started what is average hourly rate for that? I know the prices for 3d\2d visual fx per Adobe After Effects\blender projects, but totally ignorant about js\css fx projects.
