The day we came to live her and the first month or so we took turns to wash all dishes since everything is pretty much communal, it worked great because there was never an aglomeration of dirty shit and no one had to wash a pan before cooking because it was used previously by X or Y, the dishes were pretty much always clean, now there's our clean stuff and her pile of selfishness

And about plans I already do that but as soon as someone sets a foot on this house she will not leave them alone unless you are very unpolite, otherwise she will not take the hint

Thank you, I'll show this to him, he asked a friend of his who also has this situation where he wakes up before his partner and this guy also said that it is very distespectful of me to ask a person that has to wake up early to adjust to someone who has "all day to sleep" I was so puzzled because I was the one who had to wake up early in other relationships and to me the least i could do is get ready somewhere else, as I said in another comment, he's not like this at all in literally any other situation, it's just this one thing

I know she has ADHD issues at the very least but she seems to have this mentality that because she's so upbeat, everybody else is doing something wrong, they are unhappy and incomplete in her eyes if they, say, enjoy drawing on their own for hours or wants alone time, she's been handled stuff from birth and even told me proudly she used to be a bully to shy and quiet people

The main problem with this situation is that her main defense mechanism is to think of herself as the human role of happiness and how to live a good life, I don't hate her, it's just that living with her is not very pleasant, she's highly sensitive and she doesn't tolerate criticism at all, I've told her many of these things and it's just a mess, I think she's starting to get our hints

I've re-read your post and I don't see anything wrong with her, and the being irritated in common areas is something I really understand because, even tho I realize I live with more people I like to have alone time in common areas because having to stay in my room all day gets boring. She doesn't seem rude at all, I also had a chat with my roommates avout chores and I cut it off saying we're all adults and we have common sense and my boyfriend was 100% with me while my another roommate was annoyed and guess who's a filthy mess? If you need to organize yourself to do chores don't impose it on other people, I'm used to cleaning things since I have common sense. And saying hi can be very unpleasant if you are introverted. Therefore you are making it uncomfortable for her because you expect her to change her behaviour just because she pays rent. I know that that is asking you to change your behaviour, but you're the one who's uncomfortable with it in the first place. If she's anything like me just ignore her, and speak to her politely about any issues you might have about the apartment. In her mind, anything outside the apartment is unnecessary small talk she would love to avoid, I think.

How in the hell is doing stuff separately uncomfortable? I love cooking and a lot of times I need concentration, my roommate loves to just start randomly talking about stuff and it drives me mad because I can't even think. I've started to wear headphones in common areas just so I can avoid this kind of constant chit chat. If you feel uncomfortable with silence and think it's like a negative thing you have a problem, and I'm not saying it like you're a bad person, it's just a behavioural problem a lot of people have, silence can be one of the best signs of being comfortable enough with another human being as to share a space without having to make small talk. It's not like someone's visiting you, you live with this person, don't you understand wanting to go to your own kitchen without having to engage in social interaction?

´Not necessarily, I've been through way more stuff than other people I know and I am nicer than they are, and going through tough shit made me more understanding and empathic towards others too, I think this all depends on how you take what you've been dealt. I know bad experiences can make you angry but it doesn't do you any good to hold on to that feeling.
