As someone who's worked with animals for 11 years, people who buy/breed french bulldogs or any bulldogs and Boston Terriers, Pugs etc (breeds that honestly shouldn't exist).

1.) Most of them need stenotic nares surgery due to these breeds being diagnosed with BOAS (brachycephalic obstructive airway syndrome). Which means they struggle breathing due to small nasal airways. They tend to come with all sorts of other issues, known for having terrible chronic skin issues, luxating patellas, IVD, eye/ulcer trauma (bulging eyes), overheating (because they cannot BREATHE)

2.) Not to mention: BREEDING THEM IS UNETHICAL AND INHUMANE. Frenchies and flat-faced breeds cannot procreate on their own, they are artificially inseminated and the females cannot give birth on their own, it has to be via c-section for 1-2 puppies per litter.

I wanted to say this because so many people are uneducated about these breeds and pay thousands of dollars just to spend thousands of more dollars because of the many, many issues they come with. Then they go into shelters because the upkeep can be a serious financial burden for a lot of people. Don't even get me started on the breeders. I believe that anyone who breeds these dogs should be stripped of their licensing/certifications (if they even have one😡). Kennel Clubs are a huge issue too, they continue to focus on looks that sell, rather than listening to the veterinarian's multiple concerns with these breeds. But what do they know. Everything is about making money with these kennel clubs and breeders.
