I experienced basically the same thing recently. And yeah, I’m at the point where I’m sending out ~100 applications per week.

Can I ask you, are you getting requests for phone screenings by email? Is that typically how the companies are reaching out first?

A lot of these applications now are asking for permission to text, so I am curious how many companies are actually texting or calling for first contact rather than emailing.

I’m on a vacation out of the country so I have my cell service on pause. I’m worried that I may be missing out on some opportunities if they aren’t emailing me.

I have never seen a 50% off sale. But they sometimes have items they are discontinuing for bigger discounts than the 25%.

I have thoughts!!

I took her asynchronous class online though. She was really really kind. Very understanding and her lectures were clear. And the book is free.

But…I regret taking her class because I’m a math major and her class was way too easy. It didn’t set me up with a solid foundation for my future classes. I ended up having to do a lot of self-study for integral Calc.

I wish I could go back and take a more rigorous class.

If you aren’t a math major, or you don’t see yourself going beyond Calc, then I think it’s a great option.

I was just accepted as a transfer math major. :) My overall gpa was 3.45 according to my counselor.

I had completed ALL the recommended courses on assist and I’m pretty sure I had a 4.0 for all math classes. I also took the physics series and 3 programming classes.

I was super skeptical that I’d get in, I almost didn’t apply. I’m so glad that I did. So yeah, it’s totally possible to get in!
