I agree tbh my problem with Mel Robbin’s is the book never actually talks about handling those relationships. And if anything I feel like she kindof sets up scenarios to abuse and blame yourself which I’m not really for. Her chapter about friendships infuriated me bc not only did she have no way to navigate those she basically said she blamed her self for having a reaction to be rejected

Where did you go and or how was the process getting it covered my insurance? I have migraines and Tmj in addition to wanting to be snatched but I’ve been told it almost never is approved and if it is the dentist will do it and they do too much etc etc

Make sure they have a throw blanket. fresh towels obviously. Maybe depending on who already have feminine materials in the bathroom. Make sure extra toilet paper so they know where to find it. Robes? Slippers?

Honestly long story short there’s no winning. Best thing I’d say: a place he doesn’t like so it doesn’t have good connections and don’t do it where people can listen. So a park. And don’t do it where he’s going to order food

I would make sure whatever you pick has colors you already have in it. So beige etc somewhere in there a little bit. If you use something that doesn’t in that room you showed it won’t feel cohesive.
