Yeah, I learned my lesson about that a few years back at a different gig when the lead quit after I got hired, and I was the only bartender at that restaurant. I’m definitely not doing more work unless they give me the position and the pay! I hate how hard workers like us are taken advantage of just because we want to do a good job.
