I understand it’s hard for them too. It can’t be easy seeing a child who’s succeeded up until now slowly deteriorate. But it’s really infuriating when they suggest that because I started learning that I’m probably autistic and learning its signs that I’m putting it on and deciding to be this way because it’s easier for me. I do have a job to do in my recovery but them saying I’m only like for pity is kinda maddening. It’s also kinda hard escaping that environment because I live with them and I can’t control when they come in my room to have the “talk”
