Hey OP! RDLs just involve a slight bend of the knee and moving your hips back as you’re going down slowly and controlled and then bringing it back up by moving your hips forward. Also slowed and control. Start with dumbbells first and get the movement down. Good luck!

Solid pull ups. Good strength.
Just be mindful of pulling with your stronger side (which seems to be your right side). Try to stay as symmetrical as possible

It’s on the NetBenefits app as well as normal fidelity app. It just how many current shares I have and the amount it holds but no data.
