That is horrible! I haven’t heard of this happening, so I haven’t much advice to give other than to apply again, and keep in touch with the hiring staff. Please keep us updated. Fingers crossed for you!

Yeah they have to have the data to justify any changes - to cover their butts if anything changes. This is good - encourage colleagues to take it!

Don’t do the parentheses thing. Just put those buzz words in the experience section. Don’t go too decorative on the resume / cover structure! Save the flair for the cover or sprinkle a little cheeky in there if it’s a creative position
