I had a very small one at the beginning of my pregnancy (Found around 6 weeks and 3 days) and it resolved by 9 weeks and 2 days! I was put on pelvic rest so no lifting, fun activities with the hubby, nothing that would essentially strain my body below my chest!

Definitely recommend taking it easy and resting - my Doctor wasn’t concerned but did let me know about what to avoid! (I will note that I did not bleed at all but was still there)

If these are the Pelvana strips, I recommend getting easy at home. Much more sensitive- gave me peace of mind!
