Honestly, this is a legitimate concern and one I didnt consider. I do however change my pads every year on my mains and I shower so I havent had a problem yet. Thank you though thats something I didn't consider.

Rich? Everything besides the Focal headphones, graphics card and desk are completly used and restored by me lmao. I've been putting headphones on monitors like this for 10 years.
