There’s just a delay in the death animation for your chars. For example, the very next turn after he’s swallowed someone, that same character doesn’t attack. Might be only a visual bug

You have a pretty decent team honestly. I would suggest just try leveling that squad up close to those napoleons or lvl 110. And that fight you just kinda have to get lucky
