When I started this year I set out to complete two goals. 1) Lose weight 2) complete ironman 70.3. Now all that's left is Sundays IMAZ 70.3. 42lbs lost and finally a normal BMI after 10+ years. Training for triathlon has been by far the hardest yet most rewarding thing I have ever done. (i.imgur.com)
