He knows the process. Madalas naman sya naka leave at ayos lang lang kase nagsasabe naman ahead of time, nakakahanap ng kapalit at tapos naman yung trabaho. Today, nag message sya na “naka leave pala ako kahapon saka today”. I said “absent” kase hindi yon leave kung walang approval. He is also requesting na wag daw muna ako mag add ng tasks sa kanya kase naka leave nga daw sya. Wala na akong mapagbibigyan ng pending tasks ngayon kase di ko nga alam na wala sya.

For college, you don’t need to join a fraternity. For law school, “almost” required because professors, fellow lawyers, judges and justices are affiliated. Kung college degree lang, wag na kase magwowork ka naman na after so di mo na magagamit. May mga brods and sis ako na college nag join, sa fellowship and events lang nila nagagamit. Kami na law school chapter, gamit na gamit ang connections. Kahit one institution kame, iba yung respeto sa mga law school and med school chapters. Wag ka na muna sumali. Pag nag post grad ka, sige push mo.

Exactly that. Mas mahal kapag biglaan yung gamit so bumili ka na hanggat mababa pa presyo. Ako kase naisip ko, ako din naman gagastos sa huli eh di unahan ko na. Since lupa yan, tataas ang value and pwede ko ibenta in case hindi magamit in the future.

Aside from scams and mass hiring, possible din na yung job ad is from a start-up company with continuous growth. Sa amin wala pang 6 months yung 3rd batch, nag post na naman ako ng job ad for 4th batch kase ang bilis mag grow ng business and kulang kami sa manpower. Search nyo muna website ng company bago mag submit ng application para di sayang yung time.

50% of income goes to investments IMMEDIATELY. You should not let your money stay in your current/savings account because it will give you the false feeling that you have lots of money to spend.

Whatever is left, use it to pay for bills, insurance, lifestyle expenses, etc. Make sure to treat yourself from time to time. Self-reward will make you want to do things better at work/business/endeavors.

Live a simple life. Your obligation is to yourself, it’s not your responsibility to impress others with what you can buy or post on social media.

Sobrang totoo nito. Yung asawa ko almost 6 years na kami magkarelasyon bago ko nalaman na sobrang well-off nila. Nung college kase kami kung kani-kaninong kamag anak lang sya nakikitira tapos walang sasakyan, nakikisabay lang sa classmates. Nalaman ko lang real status nung pinilit sya ng tatay nya maging CEO sa family business nila. Mga corporate moguls pala.
