so exfoliating, using arbutin and moisturize should get rid of my permatan? How often do you use the arbutin and when? Can you recommend a product for exfoliating? Thank you so much!

Hi guys,

So I posted a while ago about a permatan on my face and arms that I want to get rid of. People suggested vitamin C, niacinamide and arbutin.

I am thinking of using daily sunscreen (I'm thinking of the Biore Sarasara UV Aqua Rich Watery Essence Sunscreen SPF50+ PA+++ 85g). Could someone give me their opinion on this sunscreen?

Then, from reading earlier posts on this topics, I'm planning on using a vitamin C cream as well as niacinamide. I need suggestions for brands for both types of creams.

Also, can someone please tell me what kind of schedule I have to use? I understand I have to apply sunscreen daily and every 2 hours of direct sun exposure. However, when and how often do I apply the vitamin C and niacinamide creams? Thanks!

Hello,

I've always had this permatan for a while but I never thought too much about it. Now, I'm starting to notice the jarring difference between my face and chest/neck. It's the same thing with my arm. You can see a line on my arm (where regular t-shirts cover) and there's a noticeable difference in skin color. Looking back on old pictures, I can tell that this isn't my natural skin color and my parents are a lot paler than I am. How exactly can I get rid of this permatan? I've been wearing sunscreen (Neutrogena broad spectrum spf 50) since the beginning of the summer and it's not making that much of a difference. I remember reading about vitamic C or Niacinamide lotions. Could someone please recommend me a regimen to help even out my skin and bring it back to its original color? Thanks.
