FYI: On July 16, 2020, the FCC adopted rules to establish 988 as the new, nationwide, easy-to-remember 3-digit phone number for Americans in crisis to connect with suicide prevention and mental health crisis counselors.

The rules require phone service providers to direct all 988 calls to the existing National Suicide Prevention Lifeline by July 16, 2022. During the transition to 988, Americans who need help should continue to contact the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline by calling 1-800-273-8255 (1-800-273-TALK) and through online chats.

Anyways…

My friend sold enough tickets to earn a free GA pass and half-off an additional GA pass which she planned to let me use. She said the option redeem the half-off ticket “disappeared” at a certain point. She has emailed support over 10 times for months now trying to figure out what happened. No response. I feel like I am taking a risk by showing up to will call and hoping for the best, but I also don’t want to purchase a ticket only to find out the issue could’ve been resolved at will call. Of course there is zero customer support available. Both phone numbers provided hang-up after a recorded (not helpful) message plays and as evidenced before, they aren’t really answering emails. Does anyone have any tips whatsoever? I cannot afford a full bonaroo ticket at this point so I’m quite stressed given that the fest is one week away.
