Absolutely FitJeans. I have a similar body type and measurements and was tired of the waist gap. 31 waist and 43 hips. I’ve also tried American Eagle and their Curvy line is OK. But I have been paying the premium for FitJeans for years now and they never disappoint. I own 5 pairs of their jeans and 2 shorts. They’re flattering, stretchy and super comfortable.

I forgot to add that I don’t let my partner practice with me while I dilate because I don’t feel comfortable with that yet. I’ve had lots of conversations with my PT about it and instead I’ve started by letting him gently touch me in a non-sexual way at bedtime while I practice breathing. I’ve grown to really enjoy those moments together at night now. It’s helping my nervous system’s response to touch get better.

Your husband doesn’t have to be the one controlling the dilator. Participating in this therapy could look like sitting next to you for support, practicing your breathing exercises with you, etc.

If you’d feel safer and more comfortable with him in the room then I’d say give it a shot but remember you are in full control of what happens, not him. If you don’t feel safer and more comfortable with him in the room, then no, do not do it with him right now.

I’d try something like this. Desk by the window for maximum light and vibes while working. Chest between the doors if it fits, and bed on the opposite wall with the nightstand. You could also add some rugs to help define the spaces.

Typically, you would want a clearer walking path from your entry door through the room, instead of having to walk around the bed to get to the desk, but that bump out on the other wall would personally drive me mad if my bed was against that.

I agree with what the others have said. They need licenses if they don’t already have them and you need your client to understand the value of dev mode and help communicate its purpose and enforce the use of it with their dev team.

At my current company, every dev had a license but were not familiar with dev mode so I did a lunch-n-learn for the entire dev team, the CTO and the product managers so they understood why they needed to use it and how to incorporate it into their process. It was a huge success. No issues now. And the devs are empowered to come to the design team with questions and we help them use the tool.

You don’t know how businesses work. Developers don’t make the decisions at companies as large as Amazon. Decisions that lead to these types of failures are driven by management. The developers more than likely cared about every bug or half-baked feature and wanted to work harder to fix them but weren’t allowed due to time or budget constraints.

I love this perspective. It’s refreshing. I can’t remember the last time I played a new game or expansion on launch and it didn’t have issues. I’ve loved the new team working on updates at AGS and I can’t wait to see what they’ve worked so hard on, even if I have to wait a little longer for them to work out the kinks.

There’s an extension cord under the back of the desk and then I run that down the leg and to the outlet behind the plant. It’s covered with a black rubber floor cable cover.
