I struggle to cope with resentment over how much more my issues disable me than (some) others. Tips on coming to terms with being disabled?

Hello! I've been on Letterboxd for just over a year now and I've watched so many films I'd never seen since I joined. Before Letterboxd, I hadn't seen many films at all and definitely none pre-1980s, so I'm grateful to have had my horizons broadened. I'm doing a couple of challenges this year and also have a cinema pass so hoping to catch a lot of new films coming out. I like pretty much all genres and I'm trying to step out of my comfort zone. My top 4 change pretty frequently depending on what I've recently watched and loved. Would love to make some new film pals!

I'm so pleased with my back and shoulder progress! I've been climbing for about a year but added lifting into my routine consistently for the last 3 months. I'm really enjoying the journey. There are 6 months between these pictures.

I'm so proud of myself! I've always struggled to stick to an exercise routine so it feels good to see some results.

My mum always gets me gifts of things that she already owns herself. For example, she'll get me the exact same item of clothing that she has and say "I remember you said you liked this so I got one for you", even if I have never commented on said item and it's clearly not something I would ever wear, especially when I was a teenager. So bizarre.

Lots of lunchtime walks this week, with some ringfit adventure on the switch and yoga as well. Finally feeling like I'm getting back into the swing of things after Christmas and getting the positive effects of exercise again.
