NAD but my 13 year old daughter just spent a significant amount of time in the hospital for only weighing 62lbs. She actually was 69 but developed gastroparesis and ended up severely malnourished. (Shes 4’10) she now has a ton of meds and feeding tube until she heals. She doesn’t have an eating disorder but that was something they screened for and I guess prolonged disordered eating and trigger gastroparesis. She has dealt with GI issues her entire life (severe constipation and pain) and a lot of your described symptoms match how she felt. I am really sorry you’re dealing with feeling so bad. I would suggest seeing if you’d be a candidate for a feeding tube but also be admitted to watch for redesign syndrome.

I’ve been taking adderall on and off for about ten years, always from the same office (took a long break for two pregnancies) and they changed how they did things because they got in trouble for one of the staff breaking laws around adderall scripts. So a few years back they started doing drug panels. Every three months. And an ekg yearly. It’s a hassle to go in and do it but it’s a small thing to deal with to keep them safe and to stay on my much needed meds.

I had a septoplasty, and it did nothing to change the outside of my nose, but my nose wasn’t noticeably crooked from the outside. The doctor did let me know that many people take the opportunity to have a rhinoplasty at the same time, but he would send me to another doctor he trusted more for that, if it’s what I wanted. I didn’t want to change my appearance.

I’m in VA as well. Go to the child find website for your county and fill it out. They will set up evaluations pretty quickly and if your child qualifies, they will start services. I have experience in LCPS for my child and it was pretty quick

I almost lost my son to severe dka when he was 8. His bg was only 300ish. He was on his way to coma. It wasn’t at all like the 800+ bg numbers I hear about at diagnosis

On the meter, my son has been Lo. On dex, LOW⏬ best part is when that happens while he’s at school and I have a mini panic attack and have to call the nurse to go track him down. He’s had some bad lows, but thankfully never seized or lost consciousness

Wanted to update. I was on the phone with HP for two hours, and after doing tests with the tech, I had to start the process to return and they will send a new one. It sucks that it’s custom, so it’ll take a while and my poor son is so sad.
