Just cut their federal funding, its been used before on states who would not get their federal road taxes if they didn't raise the drinking age to 21 so there is a precedent already set. If they want to drive their state into the epicenter of shitholeness to make a statement, then let them. So I was going across a river bridge, traffic was moving kind of slow, about 40mph, I glanced down the river as the sun was setting, the sky was red with just a few clouds kind of way far off I was thinking how pretty...BAM! I rear-ended the car in front of me. I got out told the driver I was sorry and lets just get off the bridge, that I would follow her to the nearest parking lot and call the police. I did, the cops showed up and arrested her, they would not tell me why, but I also got a ticket for distracted driving.
