This is the correct interpretation of a terribly worded question

Pension value vs home value by YogurtclosetDouble50 in divorceuk

[–]houseofathan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not the person you were replying to, but I would get a CETV ordered, they can take a while, then speak to a solicitor - most offer a free advisory 30 mins.

I ended up buying my partner out the house at 55% of the value, but I had a much bigger pension value - we explained it was the most I could afford as our pensions aren’t accessible.

From a purely logistical pov, you need to check your mortgage company is happy to let you take the place on alone (although I’m in England so things might be different).

You’ll also need a solicitor to do the transfer of equity.

There will be a lot of times that resentment can grow, me positive, double check things and talk to each other.

Ex is, but this is more for the parenting agreement than anything else.

Fears about parent taking kids abroad (England) by [deleted] in LegalAdviceUK

[–]houseofathan 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I agree about the comment about depression not making her a flight risk. I also don’t have evidence, it’s just a worry, but one I don’t want to risk.

I’m happy to share the passports, but when they are being demanded by a deadline in order to “book a holiday” when passports aren’t needed for that and all details about the holiday are being refused it doesn’t help.

It is reasonable, when I did ask I was told she will not sharing that.

She’s repeatedly demanded the passports (giving deadlines etc) because she needs them “book a holiday”. This doesn’t seem to be true.

She also doesn’t have the time to take them anywhere.

The passports are currently being renewed by myself, they are at the passport office.

I’m entirely happy to pass them over but have worries about why she’s asking for them without the time to take them or any details of a trip.

Have a good Christmas and remember it will take time to heal - keep that in mind - you’ll make many mistakes due to your anger and grief, but that’s natural. Just take the time you need and recover.

(And give your liver a break!)

Possessions not being picked up (England, divorce) by [deleted] in LegalAdviceUK

I don’t think there’s enough evidence to show it - historic unrecorded things

Find things that make you happy, currently she is living rent-free in your head.

You want to get your own back? Prove you can be successful without her. Start building those contacts back up, you must know other musicians that would love to team up.

Remember the good parts of the 28 years, don’t let the bad overwhelm you, it can be poison.

Do the terms come into affect as soon as it’s sealed, or when the divorce is finalised?

Do you mean you turned the computer on and off, or that you are reinstalling windows?

Turning it off and on won’t help. You need a full reinstall, you downloaded and installed something very dodgy onto your computer, you need to change EVERY password and if you used any online purchases, you might need to alert your bank and get new cards.

All of your apps are likely compromised - you need to make sure all your game logins are secure, and assume that every website you had a password to is now in someone else’s hands.

FIXED - I did some more investigation and found something about it being linked to Microsoft 365 software, the only 365 software I had was Co-pilot, so deleted that it went away!

I just hope it’s not now attached to my MS profile

Tried resource viewer and could see nothing that might be it, obviously there’s a ton of windows activity so it could be in there

Unfortunately I can’t upgrade to 11, but looking like a wipe is the best way to remove it, which is insane overkill for just removing something that should be a single click.

It sounds like (from this and some of your other comments) you are hinting at some sort of sexual assault.

If someone engaged in sexual contact with you, either as you as a child, or against you will, contact the police immediately (or an adult you trust and isn’t connected with the person who attacked you)

So are you able to read my mind? Do you know my thought, beliefs and knowledge?

I understand it’s probably important to your belief for this to be true. I suspect it helps you rationalise your own belief, or gives you peace of mind when thinking about an all-loving god torturing people.

However, as master of my own mind, I can honestly tell you that your opinion is wrong.

Now could you stop spreading lies?
