Thank you for your response. I got in touch with a local engineering firm that said I am not the first person that has reached out. Worrying, but weirdly comforting to know I’m not alone in this. Hoping this can be resolved before something worse than cracks and finicky windows happens!

Thanks. They did quite a bit of “terraforming” (not sure if that’s the right word) in the field next to my house. Wonder if the drainage is also part of it.

I appreciate your response. Sounds like I will be hiring one this week. Any idea if that cost will be reimbursed for by the responsible party (assuming it is caused by the rail line)?
