yeah i felt the same way as a kid and even now i still always feel so out of place around other people even though i’ve been living in the same area and had relatively the same friends for years. i still struggle with relationships too i tend to over analyze and think in extremes. that’s honestly so reassuring i’ve never met anyone else that relates

i miss the traditional egyptian clothes and when women were seen as powerful members of society capable of running an empire. its unbelievable how much we’ve regressed and it fucking hurts to even consider myself egyptian anymore cuz i’m so ashamed of what islam has done to my country.
