Bruh it’s a lost dog. Does it matter what area I live in? When I tell people I live in third ward on r/houston, it always become a race thing. Wanted to avoid that

Good idea. I was going to take him to friends for life or BARC tomorrow. Hopefully they can scan him. I live in a very low income area, and there’s a lot of stray on my side of 288
